Suka tomyam pekat bersantan bersusu sikit tak?..Haa meh nak rekomen 1 spot baekk punya nih..Phad Thai..Penah terbaca psl tempat ni kat paper, surfing tgk bloggers promo so satu hari tu pegi try tgk sendiri..Sudah sgt teringin.. Pure Thai restaurant whose workers are mainly Siamese.. Even the owner is Siamese..The place is named after a signature dish of Thailand called "Phad Thai", which is kinda kuey teow goreng in Malaysia.. Main attraction to me mestila tomyam die..Layan pic kat bwh dulu..

Entered the place, I already had in mind what to have for dining..Yet I still went thru the menu..So many to choose from and the price is yet still affordable though..

Menu that would tempting you straight away...

Done with browsing the menu, I chose what I had in mind earlier but added with a dessert..It seems only me chose to have dessert than others.. Hehehe..Tamak haloba nak mkn..Foods that have been ordered were as follows..

The top pic is ommelete yet not a typical one..The actual name in the menu is Bangkok bla bla..Ooohh I can't recall the name..Sedap gile kut.. Telur dadar ni ade inti udg dlm die..Sgt gebu, rangup sikit2 tapi a bit oily..Boleh mkn 2-3 org...Price at RM7.90 if not mistaken..

Yg kat atas tu sotong goreng..Big size of squid, batter die rangup and the squid itself is light n tender..Aku x suka jenis sotong goreng tepung sampai kecut n kering air dlm sotong tu..Liat..Yg ni perfect..Rubbery enough..Cicah dgn ori Thai chilly sauce..Harga RM9.90..

 

Here come the signature dish..Tomyam seafood..Don't get confused with the one of clear soup..You can check in the menu..This is of code T5..Tomyam nye bersantan sikit, pekat, pedas n cukup rasa..Seafoodnye agak byk..Udang, sotong, ketam, isi ikan siakap n kulat (mushrooms)..I so love the taste!!..Yg penting x bersampah-sarap dgn serai, lengkuas halia segala bagai..4/5 aku bg..Harga RM15.90..

 

Finally my dessert..It's called Tub Tim Krob..Kat bahagian bawah tu ice yg dah hancur, tuang air santan atas die..And topped with water chestnut (sengkuang cina) dgn hirisan nangka..1st time mkn water chestnut tu.. Not bad la..Bende ni sedap but unfortunatle I had it after my stomach is full with those lauk-pauk n nasi..Price at RM3.90..

I didn't order any special drink..Based on reviews of others, quite some of the drinks that customers are so recommended to try..Next time perhaps.. Overall, this place is satisfying enough for an almost-pure-and-authentic-yet-so-affordable Thai foodplace..You can simply have the taste of Chakri Express, Sri Ayuthaya or other high-end Thai restaurant, here at cheaper price..Portion of food here is generally for 2-3 persons..Except for those nasi goreng n noodles..

Mcm mana nak pegi kan?..It is located mainly in the Taipan USJ area, opposite to the multilevel parking at the heart of Taipan..If you are coming from the MPSJ junction with MPSJ on your left side, go straight and you'll come to a small right turn going into Taipan..Take the turn, go straight a bit and you'll see McD on your right side..There's a right turn junction exactly near to the mcD..Take the right turn, then a left turn (with Station One cafe being at the corner) and you'll come to the small road where Phad Thai is located..It should be on your left..Refer to the map below..

Research Presentation : Panel komen ke hentam?..

First and foremost please read what I'm about to write with an open mind, without prejudice and BEAR IN MIND, THIS IS TOTALLY FROM MY POINT OF VIEW AND I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SAY THEM AS I'M SURE IT DOESN'T BRING ANY NATIONAL OR RELIGIOUS HARM TO ANYBODY..I welcome any open, constructive and matured COMMENT not CONDEMN..

Hari ni meround tgk budak2 Masters present disertasi 1..Tau ade presentation disertasi hari ni tapi terasa nak pegi meround tgk bila dgr conversation dua org student duk mengomel pasal panel..And part of their conversation was to compare between how harsh the faculty's panel and theirs previously..Dgr diaorg petik nama U diaorg so I know, they were not FKA UiTM graduates previously..Sorg tu mcm nangis sikit2 mengadu yg panel dia bkn komen tp kondem, x bagi input tau2 ckp salah je..Rasa x best gak dgr sbb melibatkan nama Fakulti n kwn sekerja tp ssh jugak nak ckp bdk tu x salah sbb sesama pensyarah pun ade yg biase je merungut bila panel mempersoal kerja buat student masing2 tanpa asas kukuh, kondem je lebih..But that was the time when I was a lecturer..

So apalagi..Rasa nak pegi tgk la bdk2 Masters present disertasi 1 ni n this time around me being a student,nak cuba lihat dari perspektif student and I can do so as after 1 year off from work, pemikiran sebagai student tu dah meresap blk la dlm jiwa ni..Ditambah dgn pengalaman sendiri present proposal PHD aku smpai 2 kali, jadi rasa nak buat pemerhatian sendiri pasal bab kondem or komen ni..So generally my perception now as student-lecturer and I'm kinda sure, isn't bias enough..Aku penah attend presentation kat IPSIS yg bdk2 n panel cmpur dr pelbagai fakulti.. 

Disertasi ialah projek penyelidikan yg dijalankan oleh bdk2 Masters by coursework..X bleh dipanggil thesis mcm bdk Masters by research sbb tempoh buat x selama yg by research..It's just a partial fulfillment to grad..So basically, weight die pun x sepatutnya heavy sgt la..Disertasi  ialah proposal baru..Kite present apa yg kite cadang nak buat, so all things and stuff are supposedly in TENTATIVE manner..

Pegi tgk tadi randomly je..Tgk "curi2" je..Yg mana dan..Ade dpt tgk dr awal, ade yg tgh2, ade yg dh ms nak abis..I watched few presentations randomly n I may conclude condemn n comment tu sama byk je and it's hard for me to defy what the earlier student judged..Mmg la xde beza sgt pun tapi mmg ade yg menghentam n kena ambil kira jugak la kenapa kondem ng komen sm byk sbb senario mengkondem dari mengomen ni aku rasa x sepatutnya dlm dunia akademik, dunia penuh kehormatan..

Ni pandangan aku sendiri sbgi seorg lecturer yg penah jadi panel bersama lecturer lain, dan kini jadi student dan menghadap panel2 di kalangan lecturer..Based on observation aku all this while pegi project presentation fakulti dan luar fakulti, SEBAHAGIAN lecturer lebih condemn dari comment.. Cth senario condemn tu ialah spt di bwh (partly translated into BM):

1) Condemn
   "Objektif, skop, significance kamu semua salah ni, tak betul bla2..  
    Salah, kene betulkan,ni bkn level Master, ni bdk degre pun boleh 
    buat etc.."
  
Tapi dia x bg tau ape yg salah, part mana nak betulkan

   Sepatutnya kalau Komen
   " Objektif kamu ni agak ringkas, skop ni tak jelas dari segi  
     ekperimen, sampel, analisis,mungkin perlu kecilkan lagi.. 
     Penggunaan perkataan x berapa tepat,x nampak berada pada level 
     Masters..Mungkin perlu tukar penggubahan ayat.. Etc"

2) Condemn
   "Literature review ni x betul, xde kaitan..X betul semua ni..Copy 
    paste je ni.."

   Sepatutnya kalau Komen
   "Literature review kamu ni krg berkaitan dari segi comparison study 
    kamu dan yg dah dibuat, keyword juga byk krg relevan...Etc"

And the worst is when some of them did say some harsh words to students whom I found nothing much were really bad about their presentation except for they need a lot of constructive comments:

   "Saya boleh failkan kamu tau kalau mcm ni"
   "Awk jgn main2..Saya boleh buat awk extend sethn 2 thn tau.."
   "Awk ingt ni main2 ke?..Nasib awk nak lulus gagal ni kat tgn kami  
    panel tau" 

I found that was so inappropriate dan aku paham sgt perasaan tu sbb aku penah kene (bknlah ayat kat atas tapi ayat2 bermain dgn nasib org la) dlm presentation aku..It's too much to threat student in that way, putting yourself as being so powerful that you would play around with one's fate??..Itu semua kerja Allah kut..Mmg lah ckp je,sj nak bg budak tu cuak sikit n lebih serius, belum tentu buat tapi itu dah bermain dgn perasaan manusia..Sape tau dgn org mcm mana yg kite deal..Kalau student tu jenis xleh thn, kuar blk terus pegi terjun bunuh diri??..Mmg bodohla student tu tp kite lecturer yg bg komen mcm tu can be part of the death contribution..Ingat cite 3 Idiots tu??..Can't they give simple words like:

    "Awak punye study ni byk yg perlu diperbaiki lagi..Kene bincang blk 
     dgn SV"

Research ni kalau budak degree, baru nak bljr2 buat research n kite x panggil research pun utk diaorg..Kite panggil study..Bende disertasi 1 ni lak, they are coursework students..Bukan bdk research..Bdk coursework ni mengadap kelas, test, assignment, final exam, xleh expect sama mcm bdk research yg mmg ngadap bnde tu je..Masa aku study kat UTM dulu, disertasi 1 sgt sempoi..And yes my lecturers (who were professors working high-end research and published in top jurnals, bkn senior lecturer dgn PHD sj or fresh2 blk PHD pun), bleh komen dgn penuh lucu tp membina and I got inputs walking out of the presentation..

Bila kita menilai pelajar, ye, kedudukan kite adalah sbgi seorg pensyarah dan akademik kite lebih tggi dari mereka tapi kita tak boleh set mind berada dlm kedudukan tu..Kite kene sdr kite pernah ade dlm kedudukan mereka.. Sblm kite dpt PHD ke ape ke, kite juga kene lalui ape diaorg lalui so septtnye bnde2 tu buat kite sdr kesusahan, kepayahan n xde ilmu tentang sesuatu pd peringkat mereka..Jd tugas kite ialah bimbing diaorg, bukan kondem.. You cannot expect a 25 year old student to have the knowledge as much as you do being in 40's..Cannot expect bdk yg belum abis Masternye utk tahu mcm kite yg dh ada PHD..Kite kene turunkan diri kite sikit utk fhm keupayaan diaorg dr segi pengetahuan dan pengalaman.. Kalau mcm tu la senarionya, jenuhla budak2 darjah 1 yg diajar oleh guru2 yg siap ada Masters..Kenapa cikgu2 sekolah yg ade Masters mampu ajar bdk2 sekolah sbb cikgu2 ni "turunkan" diri mereka sikit utk paham keupayaan budak..Itu yg jarang dibuat pensyarah.. Sebahagian dari kite jadi ego n high expectation dan hukumannya melalui penilaian markah dan kata2 menilai yg sgt krg intelektualitinya..

Benda mcm ni mmg la kene tgk senario..Kalau mmg budak tu x perform, x memenuhi syarat2 penilaian disertasi tu, xkan nak bg muka tapi jgn HENTAM..Just KOMEN..Sbb bab2 research ni, sgt subjektif dan student ada supervisor masing2..Menghentam student dgn tuduhan x betul, salah, akan fail dan sebagainya, ibarat menuduh supervisornya x menjlnkan amanah juga dan menuduh tu satu bnda yg salah..Kalau dah student tu memenuhi spesifikasi markah yg hendak diberi, cth kene ade sekian2 perkara n student tu provide tp krg betul (mcm isu2 objektif, skop bagai tu sume), komen dan suruh perbaiki..Jgn hentam..

Hal ni nmpk remeh tp akan memberi impak dari segi persepsi org thdp pensyarah umumnya dan sesekian Fakulti, Universiti or pensyarah itu sendiri..Bila kite menghentam instead or mengomen, kredibiliti kite sbgi seorg ilmuwan boleh dipertikai dan dlm zmn skrg yg student lebih advance dlm berfikir dan menilai sbb perkembangan masa, diaorg akan question kebolehpengetahuan kite melalui HENTAM/KOMEN tu..HENTAM tu boleh dikira escapism seseorg utk menafikan kebolehtahuannya terhdp satu perkara..

I don't write this to conclude all the lecturers in this whole world mcm tu..Apalagi di UiTM ni..Tapi aku nak ckp, senario ni wujud n aku rs bnde ni penting sbb bila student bersuara, mereka sdg menilai kita sbnrnya dan kita xleh amik remeh, lagi2 bila perkara tu ada asasnya..I'm not picking side but it's important for me to gain respect from students in being a lecturer.. I'm talking about respect in term of knowledge.. Respect org tua ke x tu mmg xyh persoal la..Itu rules of thumb..Aku xnak sbb sebahagian lecturer yg kuat menghentam tp sebenarnya kosong, akan memberi persepsi kpd lecturer yg lain..

Anyway this is just my 2 cents, my mind, my heart my soul and my props!
 







 

.: SATAY MADURA NYUMMEHHH:.

Tengok kat 8TV Best of The World tu terus blog pasal kedai ni and semalam pegi usha n MAKAN!!..Nama tempat ni mmg Satay Madura..Penah msk JJCM juga...

Tempat ni warung je and FYI, Kayu Ara ni area Melayu tapi ramai mendatang.. The owner is originally from Madura..Husband n wife..They rent the place at night to sell the satay..This place sells specific dish only (as displayed on the banner)..But more choices for drinks (typical warung drinks).. So went with a friend and we ordered the satay and bakso.. Chicken and beef..

The satay taste not much different from ours except that, it is not much marinated as our typical satay..Eating satay Madura is like eating the pure barbequed chicken and beef..Looking at the raw satay, it isn't look as yellowish as ours..Ayam nampak putih mcm isi asal and daging nampak merah mcm isi asal..Even the owner said that they do not marinate for a long time..Cutting into pieces, put onto stick and straight away go for business (yes indeed the satay taste fresh and tender).. The beef is nice and to be truth, the feeling is simply like eating the typical steak of Western restaurant (am I exaggerating??)..Kuahnye masih kuah kacang (dgn kacang yg lebih halus), but top up with sliced hot chillies and shallots as well as a bit of sweet thick soy sauce..And that combination is.. MARVELLOUS!!..They have kambing but I didn't order..

While the bakso, taste so good and original(as expected)..But I was a bit frustrated with the meatball..Supposedly, the pure Indonesian bakso I always had, comes with tennis-ball size of meatball and the smaller one.. But not for this place..Yet the taste did satisfy me enough to ignore  the meatball issue..Extra joss is sort of energy drink for Indonesians (org Indon keje kat site suka sgt air ni)..The ingredients include some ginseng and royal honey but the taste is simply delicious..A bit gassy yet the rest feel like you are drinking the Vitagen..It comes with various fruit flavors like anggur, epal, jambu..

*note to Shah Alam people..This is the real Extra Joss instead of the one we usually had at the Ayam Penyet Pdg. Jawa..;)*

This place is just a typical local eating area..Nothing so posh but looking at other blogs, the place is visited by all Malays and Chineses (despite the Indonesian themselves)..Parking is a bit difficult, tapi boleh park dekat opposite commercial building within a walking distance..Parking berbayar la tapi..

This place is located at Jalan Cempaka, Kayu Ara..Talking bout the direction, the simplest is by using the NKVE..Take the Damansara exit.. After the toll, you have come to the Kayu Ara area on your right and left side n the place is on the right side that you need to go into the opposite road.. So, DO NOT, even accidentally take the flyover heading to the SPRINT link but take the left ramp at the flyover and u-turn..After u-turn, straightly take the first left (before the newly built commercial building, I couldn't recall the name)..And just about 100m, you'll see the shop on your left, near to a surau..

Last 3 weeks, pegi Midvalley nak lyn Teppanyaki n tertengok wayang lak.. X sedar diri pd hal minggu depannya nak defend proposal tu ..So layan la cite Untuk 3 Hari..Mmg mcm dah lembab nak reviwe kan tapi ok la kut2 ade yg mcm nak tengok taoi x tengok n nak beli kat Astro First ke DVD ke.. Cite ni mcm poster kat bawah tu ha..  

The story tells about 2 arranged marriage.. Armi (Afdlin) n Uji (Vanida).. Afin (Rashidi) n Juwita (Ayu Raudhah)..Afin n Uji is actually a couple but Afin is too scraed to oppose his mother's request that she asked Uji for them to proceed withe marriage but the ask for a divorce after 3 days..So marriage diaorg hanya Untuk 3 Hari..Uji x bape setuju tapi ikutkan je..

First 2 days, things go as planned..Mcm2 la si Uji tu buat nak elak dari disentuh Armi including mskkn pil tidur, n ckp direct x bersedia..Afin pun sama menahan diri wpun Juwita, isteri die menggoda sikit punya..Byk scene kelakar la time ni..Bila msk hari ke-3, hari yg septtnye masing2 minta cerai..A twist happened.. Armi syak something wrong bout her wife and confronted whether Uji really wanted to marry him at the 1st place.. Uji pun mengaku la hal sbnr.. Armi frust la but he doesn't ready to let her go..Armi had a serious talked with Uji to the extend buat Uji sdr.. Thing that she n Afin been doing from the beginning isn't right..And buat Uji terpikir..Mmg mungkin jodoh die dgn Afin xde (idea pelik2 dr Afin tu contributing factor la kut) n kenapa Afin xnak bg tau je psl hbgn diaorg kat parents masing2..Uji accepted Armi and they went for honeymoon in Japan..

Si Afin stick to the plan and became so mad after knowing about what his mom did to his ex (Dira abu Zahar) during school time, so die trs ceraikan Juwita dgn talak 3 (bengang sgt sbb duk ikut ckp mak die pegi lps kat anak org)..Terkejut gile la dia bila Uji x jadi cerai and she lost Juwita as well..That's the ending..

This movie is based on Ahadiat Akasyah's book..Well jln cerita tu acceptable n garapan pun best (Afdlin Shauki is the director)..Tgk cite ni ala2 mcm tgk cite SEPI (remember the moment Vanida n Afdlin being in love in that movie??)..Pengajaran pun byk..Paling obvious..Jodoh itu sgt kuasa Allah..Bercinta bertahun2 dgn seseorg belum tentu we end up marrying him/her n the one that is made for us (tanpa percintaan berthn2) pun belum tentu bukan terbaik..Moreover, perkahwinan n perceraian is something that not to be fooled about la..

Overall..3.5/5 la..Ok je tgk kat wyg, beli kat Astro First or DVD pun ok jugak..Happy watching..

Tgk MHI td, ade part interview burger bakar daging kambing..Nama die Burger Bakar Rawang..Not really the burger that captures me (hahaha pada hal terliur jugak la pagi2 ni)..But the business..Dua tiga menjak ni mcm heboh la bisnes burger bakar ni..Lps2 satu, satu dibuka..Mula2 x paham apa bende burger bkr ni..Grill burger la kan kalo omputihnye..Bukan selama ni msk daging burger mmg grill atas pan tu..Bukannye goreng ke rebus ke..Tapi rupanya burger bakar ni, patties (daging tu) home made.. Xde Ramly ke Ayamas ke Arif ke brand2 nye dah..And daging tu dimasak atas griller mcm barbeque tu..Direct api..Xde pan tu..

Xpela bab masak atas ape pun..What I wanna talk about here is the trend of activities in Malaysia..Sgt seasonal..Malaysia ni, sekali jadi sesuatu event atau hal tu, tgk la selama beberapa tempoh mmg itu je la bendenye.. Contoh ade musim budak hilang, selang 2 3 hari je akan ada story kat paper.. Pastu trend budak sekolah lari2 n kene culik..Lps2 tu ade lah nanti cite yg lain pulak n sume story ini akan habis ditelan masa..Dari kecoh, sampai ke org lupa..Skrg trend org meniaga burger bakar la pulak..

Bila pikir2 lawak pun ade..Bunyi mcm kite ni sgt2 bermusim, xde consistency..Mengikut2..Org nak lari rumah, kite lari..Org buat2 kene culik, kite pun ikut..Org meniaga burger bakar, kite pun ikt nk meiaga n menu yg sama..Apa mcm mau untung..

Kekuatan Perasaan : Review Ending Dejavu Di Kinabalu

Smlm last episod Dejavu Di Kinabalu..Takde la kata folo ssgt cite ni..Tgk 1st two episodes, tgh2 sikit n some towards-the-ending episodes..Tu pun sbb smbil berbuka..Missed quite some episodes gak especially part Nadira duk galak berfeeling ng Amar (sbb menyampah lak hai situasi dah bertunang ng org lain tapi boleh bergalak feeling ng org lain)..But managed to capture the plot la..

Nak review cite ni dari awal episod mcm byk songeh sgt je la..Typical cite cinta 3 segi..But I'd like to write something on the ending part yesterday..Meh story dulu ape endingnye yg aku agak menyampah tapi dlm masa sama aku rasa mcm ok, bagus sbb x typical..The ending was, Bazli got Nadira to be his wife..Yep!..They got married tapi Nadira went for another transplant (which I couldn't really get idea why?..Nak buang perasaan Nadira dr Amar kut ke?)..Bazli paksa jemput Amar dtg majlis nikah, konon2 as kwn (kinda lame you Bazli while Amar was gentleman enough to attend the event)..Lps transplant, after 3 years, again Amar terlanggar n terjumpa Nadira kat airport n sekali lagi jantung Nadira berdetap (scene die sentuh dada tu which still left with no answer of what made her doing so), diaorg mcm terdiam n Amar nmpk Bazli dtg jemput Nadira n..THE END...

Part last masa Amar n Nadira terserempak kat airport

Dari last week kut aku perasan dah, persoalan paling bsr is between Amar n Bazli, who will end up getting Nadira..Siap TV3 buat poll tu..In my case, my vote goes to Bazli (tp gua x SMS hokkkay)..Tapi masa tgk last episode smlm, I'd choose for Nadira to neither get Amar, nor Bazli..Siap aku pikir, die meninggal b4 sempat dpt dua2..Menyampah betul tengok org selfish ni..Sesuka hati (eh ke jantung) die je nak lyn feeling sendiri..Suka org ni pastu tersuka org tu pastu blk pulak ke org ni..To me..Is not that Nadira couldn't choose from the beginning..Tapi dia telah menjadi MANUSIA BIASA YG TAMAK..Hohoho..Ahh persetankan bab Nadira.. 

Nadira memoyokan diri mereject Amar

 Back to the topic..Rasenye ramai bajet Amar akan dpt Nadira last2 min.. Erma Fatima created those hints prior to..Antaranya bila Bazli jumpe Amar personally tnye sanggup ke kawin Nadira..Pastu Nadira mengigau nama Amar byk kali dpn Bazli..then Nadira nangis kat Bazli n ngaku die cintakan Amar..Pastu Bazli kejar Amar masa Amar dah nak pegi airport (wonder what happen to his flight ticket to London..Mahal kut nak burn2)..Yet finally, Bazli who win the game..Such a twisted ending yet realistic..X semua yg kite nak kat dunia ni kite akan dapat, mcm Amar tu wpun die hero (lagi2 sbb kacau tunangan org, Allah marah)..

And personally from my point of view..Bazli deserved Nadira..He's consistent with his feeling and never stop hoping and working out to get Nadira..Mmgla Bazli tu pun x baik, dh permainkan Tira (sesuai la ng Nadira)..Dayus ke x dayus Bazli tu, what I can see is perasaan die kuat n die sgt yakin die sygkan Nadira sampai tahap nak memiliki wpun Nadira pernah buang die..He's always on her side (wpun die dgr sendiri Nadira sebut2 nm Amar ms mengigau)..Lain dgn Amar..Sikit2 nak bawak diri.. Sikit2 nak ke Kinabalu..Lari2 ke pantai, terbaring2 melayan jiwa..Mmgla Nadira yg avoid n xnk jumpe die tapi kalo dah SAYANG SESEORANG, LEAVING HER/HIS SIDE IS NOT A RIGHT THING TO DO..In which contrary to Bazli, he stays no matter what..Muka Bazli cold, mcm berlagak sgt dgn perasaan cinta die sdgkan hakikatnya, he hurts a lot.. Erma Fatima created both Amar n Bazli character nicely and were superbly portrayed by Aqasha n Nazim Othman.. Aqasha's acting is not questionable at all while Nazim Othman, he has such a big talent and potential, given the right director and story.. Anyway to Amar's fan..No worries..Ending amar kawin ng Nadira pun ade..Bleh tgk kat Tonton (klik link bwh ni) ok..

Lama x update blog nih..Pemalas tahap gaban wpun byk bende bermain di fikiran..This time around nak story bab eating places that I've been to.. Well to be frank..I tried those places based on bloggers and recommendation of magazines..So the first and foremost is called Wadihana Islamic Steakhouse, a Western eatery located in Bangi..A 100% Bumiputera operated and I have to say, this place is highly recommended for people looking for real taste of Western but not of too expensive in price as in Tony Roma's, Chillis, bla2..Well yep this outlet is incomparable to the later but of their price range, I'd say the quality and taste is close to those standard western restaurant and SURELY not a typical food-court-Malay-like western food..

The place is kinda nice of ambiance..Not so much of a high class western place tapi x cikai langsung la..I'd say..Suasana Melayu tu terasa lagi..X poyo sgt..Ok2 je..

Now the main story is the food..Dalam konteks Western restaurant operated by Malay n berdasarkan lidah dan tekak aku, I'd give 4/5.. Seriously man..This place is cool..I just hate those places claim to sell western food which at the end you'll get tipikal coleslaw, timun n tomato or baked bean for their side dish.. this place..They give you grill veges (fav gua!)..Lets scroll on the menu k..

Foods that we have ordered..I can't really recall their exact name and generally I've to say..All are worth to have..

                 Creme brulle (kut namanya..haha)

                         Nachos with beef

                          Tuna sandwich

      Arabian Seafood Spaghetti (mcm marinara cuma lebih pedas)

       Grilled chicken chop (siap ade pillaf rice for sides)

                            Air longan

   Black pepper manual (penuh tekun abg ipar guna bende alah tu)


Price range for the food is between RM5-RM35..Again I have to say this place is highly recommended..Lokasi kedai ni di Bandar Baru Bangi..


Basically kalau dari KL,Seremban or Shah Alam, msk je highway Sg.Besi tu n amik exit Kajang..Lps tol straight ikut signboard Bangi sampai la ke simpang T yg last, xde terus2 dah, sama ada knn or kiri je..Korg amik kiri..Nampak deretan rmh kedai sebelah knn, kedai ni kat area tu la..Bwh ni Google map yg korg boleh folo..

MINYAK NAIK ke NAIK MINYAK??.. Pahamkan

Semalam (4/4/20112), minyak RON97 naik lagi 10sen dari RM2.80 ke RM2.90.. Hehehe.. Backdated gaji belum naik pun lagi bhai tapi itu barang sudah naik ooo..Belum sembang bab harga susu tin naik awal thn hari tu bila umum gaji nk naik tp xpela, susu x elok minum byk2 sbb manis kan.. Tapi minyak ni walaupun x minum, tapi kereta kita kene minum la kalo x, x pegi keje oo (bas pun pakai myk bhai)..X pegi keje camna nak byr duit RM1000 sewa rmh bsr 850sqf tu..Sewa tau tu bukan beli..

Kereta aku mmg pakai RON97..Xpe Pak Da..I still can afford that RM2.90 on you.. Hanya yg berkualiti shj utk kamu yg tersyg..Bawak kamu x pick up dgn RON95, baik naik bas kannnnnn (peduli la nak poyo2 dah keto den!)..Anyway ni nak sembang sikit bab minyak naik ni la.. Sbb terasa something fishy dah makin lama ni.. Awok2 yg tgh nak baca tu..Tolong ketepikan fahaman politik, 1Malaysia, die tu gay die ni syg rakyat pejadah pe suma.. Baca tulisan kat bawah dari sudut sbgi PENGGUNA.. Kemudian pikirkan dari sudut sbgi RAKYAT.. Tapi kalo dah dlm pale tu set dah bab2 politik ni, you are better off my blog here coz I don't want a close minded frog reading my blog!!..

:: Merupakan minyak utama yg digunakan rakyat sebelum diperkenalkan RON95.
:: Selepas RON95 diperkenalkan, myk ni diklasifikasi "premium" dan harganya akan diapungkan mengikut turun naik myk dunia sbb ni myk common seluruh dunia. Dlm erti kata lain myk ni dah x bersubsidi.
:: Naik sehingga RM2.70 pd Jun 2008 tapi rakyat dpt subsidi myk RM625
:: Sehingga Apr 2012 harganya ialah RM2.90/L (tanpa subsidi)

Ok meh kita analyze sikit based on info kat atas..Simple matematik je pun.. X payah nak bukak buku ekonomi asas ke, ekonomi sejagat ke n pejadah haram lagi..

Harga minyak RON95 tanpa subsidi is obviously more expensive than RON97 yg mmg x bersubsidi??..Aitt ape kes???..Mmg pengguna just byr RM1.90 tapi hakikatnya harga sbnr dia RM3.41 yg mana dlm RM1.50 telah disubsidi.. Tapi... SEDAR TAK WAHAI PENGGUNA YG HAKIKATNYA KORANG MEMBYR RM3.41 JUGAK SECARA X LANGSUNG SEBAB DUIT SUBSIDI DTG DARI TAX (POKET KORG MENYUMBANG LA; GST, INCOME TAX SUME TU), PENDAPATAN NEGARA (KORANG MENYUMBANG DARI SEGI TENAGA DAN IDEA), INCOME PETRONAS (YG PTT RAKYAT NIKMATI BERSAMA SBB ITU HASIL NEGARA).. So ape cite byr lebih utk lower grade fuel??..Mmg la beza x byk RON95 n 97 kan tapi jgn in denial sgt la..Ramai yg sdr awal2 tukar pki 95 dulu kete x perform, tersenguk, n bla2 tp terpaksa telan la sbb nak byr RM1.90 je...

Where else in my case being a 97 user..I pay the unsubsidized amount in which my money paid for tax bla2 used to subsidize you people using the 95..Masya allah..Aku dah tolong cover subsidi korg sbb pki 97, and tax korg lak "cover" diri sendiri lagi "byr" RM3.41 utk 95 tu..Byr atas byr tu..

In jun 2008, harga 97 naik RM2.70 in which the world crude oil price was USD121/barrel at that time..Masa tu rakyat dpt duit subsidi myk RM625 (xkan x ingat yg pegi beratur ramai2 kat pos ofis nak claim tu kannnn;P).. Skrg.. Harga myk dunia USD122/barrel..Mhl USD1 dr Jun 2008.. Tapi masa tu harga 97 RM2.70 n kite siap dpt subsidi..Skrg, harga jadi RM2.90 x xde pape rebat dah..So..What I'm trying to ask you people here, what is actually happening?.. I'M NOT ASKING FOR THE REBATE COZ ALHAMDULILLAH MY SALARY IS STILL HANDSOME TO PAY THE FUEL (kene buat ayat poyo utk org2 yg suka nak bangkitkan ayat "asyik nak subsidi je")

As generally the unsubsidized RON97 is cheaper than the unsubsidized RON95, why introduce the later for usage at the 1st place?..Pakai je la RON97 yg lebih elok tu n subsidi 1 jenis myk je.. RON95 is subsidized nearly RM1.50 b4 tolak cukai.. Bygkan amaun yg sama pi subsidi kat RON97 tanpa perlu ada 95 tu.. We just have to pay like RM1.40/L utk RON97..Kete pun pick up lebih bang..

Persoalan di minda skrg ialah:
1. Betul ke RON95 tu bersubsidi?..Teringin nak tgk the real calculation supaya hati ini lebih yakin dan percaya..

2. Betul ke dah cukup apung sgt RON97 tu..Refer graf kat bwh yg aku buat analisis sendiri based on harga myk mentah dunia WTF..Mcm x berapa tally je hrga 97 dgn turun naik myk dunia..

So...Sebenarnya mmg MINYAK NAIK atau kite yg ptt NAIK MINYAK..Again xyh campur persoalan politik ke apa..I'm putting this scenario from the eye of a user..Ini persoalan yg memerlukan jawapan..Kalo ada jawapan yg sensible, logic n bernas..Ok je..Masalahnya x dpt2 jawpaannya lagi.. Gossip artis pun amik tau..Ceramah UAI n don daniyal pun dgr..apa salahnya amik tau hal2 ekonomi sikit..Basic je ni pun...PEACE Y'ALL!!

.: A TRIBUTE TO A HOUSEMATE-ENA:.

Today..31 Jan 2012..Officially a last day I'm gonna have a housemate with me..Will be no more after this..She is getting married in few days..Yep we are still gonna see each other at the office but just as a colleague now.. No more as a housemate..Ooohhh sedihhhhh...

Ena is her name..A person whom I've been knowing since the last 5years..Was a classmate back in UTM when we were pursuing Masters..A friendship began to develop through head-break assignments and discussion.. Then introduced to her a job in UiTM and of Allah's will, we became a colleague then a housemate..

It is so fussy of me looking for a housemate but I know she really needs a favor looking for a place to stay working here in Shah Alam and I simply didn't bother much to just agree for us to rent a house together back on 2009..Yep we were classmates before but to become housemate, some strange and doubt feelings did occur..But alhamdulillah.. Nearly 3 years go by without us even realize bout it..

She's the greatest housemate I've ever had n one could ask for..We could simply sit, talk n discuss just about anything though we seldom bother much bout each others beings..Not a typical housemate we are having to go or do just anything together coz that's the way we like it..I mind mine, she mind hers yet we still concern on each other..The mutual understandings are always there..Telur ke kicap ke minyak ke habis kat dapur..Masing2 fhm2 sendiri je nak belikan..Langsung x berkira yet we still respect each other belongings..Not that I could recall any moment that I've to ask for rental as she simply give it on time..

My BFF whom I always tell about daily routines of mine once wonder when I never talk at all about my housemate..Emmm.. She didn't bring any headache to me then..That's the answer..

To Ena..Thanks a lot for being such a superb n sempoi housemate..Sorry for any misbehavior or words spoken in frustration..Halalkan terlebih terkurang spnjg kita jadi housemate..Pray for Allah to bless your life ever after.. May this friendship last forever..Lastly...SAYA BANGGA BERHOUSEMATEKAN NETBALLER TERSOHOR MALAYSIA...;)
